Hiring Program Terms

Early Access / Alpha

01Purpose of the Hire Program

The Hire program is an early access initiative designed to explore alternative, evidence-based approaches to evaluating cloud engineering talent.

It is not a traditional recruitment agency, job board, or staffing service. We focus on providing high-fidelity signals of competence through portfolio-based assessments.

02Early Access & Non-Commercial Nature

This program is currently in Early Access (Alpha).

Processes, candidate availability, and assessment methods are experimental and subject to change without notice. Participation does not constitute a commercial service agreement at this stage.

03No Hiring Guarantee

The platform does not guarantee:

  • Candidate availability or interest.
  • Hiring outcomes or successful placement.
  • The future performance of any individual engineer.
  • Suitability for any specific role within your organization.

Hiring decisions remain entirely the responsibility of the employer.

04Role of the Platform

The platform's role is strictly limited to providing assessment signals (brief results, portfolios, evaluation summaries) and facilitating introductions.

We do not provide background checks, employment verification, or HR consulting services. We provide contextual information, not employment recommendations.

05Candidate Data Usage

Employers may review candidate materials solely for internal hiring evaluation purposes.

Candidate data (portfolios, code, profiles) may not be copied, redistributed, publicly shared, or used for any purpose unrelated to the specific hiring opportunity without the candidate's explicit consent.

06No Fees (for Now)

At this stage, there are no fees or commercial commitments associated with participation in the Hire program.

Any future pricing or commercial models will be communicated separately and will require a new agreement. You are under no obligation to continue if fees are introduced.

07Termination & Access Control

To protect the integrity of the Early Access phase, the platform reserves the right to limit, pause, or terminate employer access at any time, for any reason.

Employers may also exit the program at any time without penalty.

08Changes to Terms

These terms may evolve as the Hire program matures. Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of updated terms. We will notify active partners of significant changes.
