All candidate data accessed through the platform is strictly confidential.
This includes, but is not limited to: candidate profiles, technical submissions, architectural designs, evaluation scores, and reviewer feedback.
02Permitted Use
Candidate data may be used solely for:
- ✓ Internal hiring evaluations
- ✓ Candidate selection processes
03Prohibited Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Distributing candidate data to third parties (agencies, public databases, etc.).
- Using data for mass sourcing, marketing, or spamming.
- Retaining data indefinitely beyond the scope of the immediate hiring need.
04No Ownership of Candidate Data
The Employer does not acquire ownership rights over candidate data.
Intellectual property rights regarding the data remain with the Candidate and/or the Platform, subject to our Terms of Use.
05Data Handling & Access Control
Employers must enforce strict internal access controls.
Only personnel directly involved in the hiring decision should have access to candidate signals. The Employer assumes full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of this data within their organization.
06Breach & Misuse
In the event of a breach of confidentiality or misuse of data, the Platform reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or revoke access to the Platform.
- Pursue legal remedies to protect the privacy and rights of our candidates.
